Position: HR Recruiter Executive - This is a recruitment-heavy role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: 80%
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Hire for roles in a SaaS-based organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate with hiring teams to make informed hiring decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
- Drafting Offer Letters/Relieving Letters/Experience Letters.
Operations & Employee Engagement: 20%
2. Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Plan and coordinate employee events and recognition programs.
3. Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Candidates with agency-style recruitment experience are highly preferred, as this is a recruitment-heavy role.
- Candidate should be based in Mumbai.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter/experience in sales hiring would be an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement effective HR solutions.

Job Location: Santacruz East, Vakola, Mumbai.
Work Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 1:30pm on Saturday.
