Job Title: IT Expert / IT Manager – Interior Design Solutions
Role Overview:
You will spearhead the technological operations of the firm. Responsibilities include managing high-performance workstations for 3D visualizers, maintaining project management software, and overseeing IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
· Software & Hardware Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot specialized design and rendering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion). Maintain hardware infrastructure for design studios.
· Network & Data Security: Ensure robust network connectivity across multiple local offices and project sites. Implement secure data backup systems to protect confidential client layouts and architectural files.
· Project Management Tools: Administer platforms like Jira, Trello, or customized ERP/CRM systems to track project delivery timelines and client interactions.
· Technical Support: Provide tier-2/tier-3 IT support to designers, project managers, and on-site contractors to minimize downtime.
· Cloud & Server Administration: Manage local servers and cloud storage (e.g., AWS, Azure) to enable seamless sharing of massive 3D renders and blueprints.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2–8 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, ideally in architectural, design, or engineering firms.
Key Skills: IT Infrastructure Support, Cloud Computing, Network/Server Troubleshooting, Data Backup & Security, and Technical Support.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and the ability to train non-technical staff on new tech tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
