Job Overview
Geetanjali Woodcraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead business development activities across assigned regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing dealer and channel networks, handling corporate and project sales, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the door manufacturing and building materials industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent networking abilities, and the capability to develop long-term relationships with builders, architects, contractors, distributors, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and procurement teams.
- Promote company products including doors, frames, modular door sets, and related solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Handle B2B sales and project-based business opportunities.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and dispatch teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and business development plans.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, meetings, and client interactions.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, hardware, furniture, interior products, doors, or construction industry preferred.
- Candidate should have existing market connections within Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and surrounding regions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
