Experience:
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Consulting, Product Demonstration, Sales Training, or Sales Strategy.
- Experience in handling field sales teams and improving sales performance will be preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience
- Candidates comfortable with extensive travel are preferred.
Salary Range: 60k to 70k
Role Overview:
Looking for a highly proactive and strategic thinker who can work closely with the organization//'s sales teams across locations to strengthen market reputation, improve conversion rates, and solve on-ground sales challenges in real-time.
This role is not a desk job - it requires travel, observation, creative problem-solving, and execution.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between market perception and business growth, ensuring that any hesitation or negative feedback from prospects is effectively addressed with smart, scalable solutions.
Roles:
1. On-ground Sales Support
- Accompany sales team members on client visits across branches
- Observe sales conversations and identify gaps in pitching, objection handling, and positioning
- Intervene (when required) to help close or strengthen the conversation
2. Market Reputation Management
- Identify negative perceptions, myths, or objections in the market about our products
- Develop practical and creative solutions to counter these perceptions
3. Idea Generation & Execution
- Continuously come up with simple, high-impact ideas that improve brand credibility and support sales teams
- Convert ideas into execution: shoot videos, create content, share across prospect databases
4. Sales Enablement
- Equip sales teams with ready responses, demo tools, and content like videos and case studies
5. Feedback Loop & Insight Building
- Collect real-time feedback from sales teams and prospective customers
- Identify patterns and share structured insights with leadership
6. Surprise Audits & Quality Checks
- Conduct surprise visits to branches
- Evaluate sales quality, customer interaction, and pitch effectiveness
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.
- Background in sales / marketing / consulting / product demonstration
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Will be required to work in Surat (Base) + Travel to Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi
