We are committed todelivering high-quality and innovative bakery products while creating memorable customerexperiences.Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Intern - HR who is eager to build a career inHuman Resources. This internship offers hands-on exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HROperations, enabling candidates to gain practical experience across key HR functions.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and otherchannels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate follow-ups. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.2. HR Generalist Activities Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities. Support employee documentation and record management. Maintain HR databases and employee information systems. Help prepare HR letters, policies, and employee communications. Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Assist in attendance, leave management, and other HR operational tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.Desired Skills & Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and coordination abilities. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.What You'll Learn End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
