Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale B2B digital marketing practice end-to-end, including service
design, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and operationalize integrated offerings across email, content, SEO, campaign
management, analytics, and CRM/funnel tracking.
- Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performance team with clear KPIs, accountability, and
standardized processes, dashboards, and SOPs to drive measurable ROI.
- Architect a scalable marketing stack by implementing cost-effective SaaS/open-source tools
and embedding AI-driven capabilities for automation, personalization, and performance
optimization.
- Drive revenue impact by owning demand generation, partnering with Sales on presales and
solutioning, and continuously evolving strategy based on analytics, attribution, and market
trends.
Core Skills & Expertise (Must have)
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end B2B digital marketing strategy, demand
generation, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong expertise in marketing channels (SEO, content, email, paid campaigns) and CRM/funnel
management.
- Marketing analytics and performance optimization, including attribution, CAC, conversion
tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (automation, personalization, predictive analytics).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on exposure to marketing tech stack (CRM platforms, automation tools,
analytics/reporting tools).
- Experience in presales, solutioning, and collaborating closely with Sales teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- MBA (Marketing / Strategy) preferred
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, SEO, Analytics, or CRM platforms preferred
