Community & Ecosystem Operations Executive (Web3/Crypto)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Community & Ecosystem Operations Executive to join our growing Web3 team. This role is ideal for someone deeply interested in crypto markets, blockchain projects, and community building, with the ability to manage operations across multiple initiatives within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.)
- Handle day-to-day community engagement and moderation
- Conduct market research and track crypto trends
- Assist in portfolio management and project tracking
- Support blockchain project development and coordination
- Review and assist in smart contract and project audit processes
- Coordinate with teams for ecosystem growth and partnerships
- Assist in VC funding activities and investor communication
- Execute marketing campaigns and growth strategies in the crypto space
- Evaluate new Web3 projects for collaboration and investment
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Crypto & Blockchain Ecosystem
- Knowledge of Crypto Market Analysis & Trends
- Basic understanding of Smart Contracts & Audits
- Familiarity with Web3 tools, wallets, and DeFi platforms
- Excellent communication and community management skills
- Interest in VC funding, startups, and project scaling
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in community management or Web3 projects
- Exposure to crypto trading or portfolio management
- Understanding of tokenomics and blockchain fundamentals
- Experience with Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), and Notion
