About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity governance solutions using SailPoint Secure Cloud (IdentityNow), Saviynt, or SailPoint IIQ. Architecting and Designing Solutions Lead the design and architecture of SailPoint Secure Cloud (IdentityNow) solutions or Saviynt or SailPoint IIQ tailored to organizational needs.

Develop scalable, secure, and compliant identity governance frameworks.

Create workflows, policies, and access certifications to streamline identity lifecycle management.

Define best practices for application onboarding, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control processes..

Accelerating Application Onboarding and Planning Spearhead the onboarding of applications into: SailPoint, ensuring rapid and secure integration.

Develop detailed project plans and timelines to accelerate the application integration process.

Identify and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks to meet onboarding goals efficiently..

Implementation and Integration Expertise Provide in-depth knowledge of implementing and integrating SailPoint solutions for various application types: (on-premises, cloud, SaaS).

Configure and deploy connectors for Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, AWS, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.

Ensure seamless integration with IAM systems, Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, and third-party identity providers.

Manage custom rules, scripts (e.g., BeanShell), and APIs to extend SailPoint functionalities as needed..

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business: units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to align SailPoint solutions with organizational objectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Your extensive experience and leadership in identity governance will be crucial in driving our IAM initiatives forward, ensuring that our solutions are not only effective but also innovative and aligned with industry best practices.

15+ years of experience in project management, specifically in identity governance and access management.

Proven expertise in SailPoint Secure Cloud (IdentityNow), Saviynt, or SailPoint IIQ.

Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, policies, and best practices.

Experience with application onboarding and integration processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with AI/ML features in IAM solutions.

Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to identity governance.
