ROLE PURPOSE
The Operations Executive will be responsible for driving smooth, efficient day-to-day operations across warehouse, inventory, order fulfilment, transportation, store stock movement, procurement, and production planning. This is a data-heavy, coordination-intensive role requiring strong Excel/MIS skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to keep the supply chain and store network running without disruption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update MIS/Excel trackers across inventory, orders, procurement, and production for accurate, real-time reporting
- Manage warehouse operations including stock inward/outward, storage organisation, and inventory accuracy
- Oversee order processing and fulfilment — ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within defined TATs
- Coordinate transportation and last-mile delivery, tracking shipments and resolving delivery escalations
- Manage store operations related to stock movement: dispatch of new stock, handling of old/aged stock, and coordinating Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments
- Support procurement planning for both BAU (business-as-usual) replenishment and new stock/new launches
- Coordinate production planning for BAU and new product lines, tracking timelines against sale/launch calendars
- Manage the returns process end-to-end — customer returns, RTV, and RTO (Return to Origin) logistics — ensuring timely processing and reconciliation
- Conduct vendor-level planning, including order quantities, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Perform regular inventory and order reconciliation, identifying and resolving mismatches between system and physical stock
- Prepare periodic operations reports and dashboards (stock ageing, fill rate, RTV/RTO status, procurement pipeline) for management review
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments — Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Store Operations, Finance, and E-commerce — to align on stock availability, timelines, and issue resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably in a D2C/retail/apparel environment
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) for MIS and reporting
- Prior exposure to inventory systems, order management platforms, or ERP/inventory software preferred
- Experience coordinating with vendors, warehouse teams, and store teams
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent operational threads (procurement, production, returns, fulfilment) with accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
