Role Overview
We are hiring result-driven real estate sales professionals to manage leads, conduct site visits, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Incentives: Up to 10-20% of brokerage
- Performance-based growth
Earnings potential: ₹60K–₹1.3L+/month
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, and telecalling.
- Identify potential customers' requirements and pitch products accordingly.
- Study all the projects we deal in.
- Align site visits and show projects to the clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client servicing and relationship management.
- Meet sales targets set by the company.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–5 years in real estate or direct sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Gurgaon market is a plus
Not Suitable If
- You are not comfortable with field sales
- You avoid targets or client interaction
