Job Role: Admin Assistant
1. Attend incoming enquiry calls professionally and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
2. Record customer enquiries and follow-up.
3. Maintain enquiry registers, visitor records, and administrative documents.
4. Handle office correspondence, emails, and courier management.
5. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and procurement of office supplies.
6. Perform general office administration and any other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
