- Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Handle inward and outward correspondence, courier, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other services.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory, stationery, pantry, and consumables.
- Process purchase requisitions and maintain records of office expenses.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation coordination.
- Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative requirements.
- Manage visitor registrations and reception-related activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and assets.
- Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and event arrangements.
- Maintain employee attendance records and other administrative reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned by management.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
