Marketing Head – Battery Manufacturing

Location: Hisar, Haryana
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for our battery manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, strengthening the Syrex Batteries brand and driving business growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Expand and manage dealer, distributor, channel partner and OEM networks.
- Increase brand visibility, market share and product demand.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing and industry trends.
- Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Manage digital marketing, social media and lead-generation activities.
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, OEMs and institutional customers.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the marketing team and KPIs.
- Prepare marketing budgets, reports and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate with sales, production and management teams for effective market execution.
Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in battery manufacturing, automotive, auto components, electrical/electronics or related industries will be preferred. Strong knowledge of the Indian battery market, channel development and OEM business is desirable.
