Transforming US Healthcare : Seeking Process Associates!
About the role
At Ecorgy Solutions, we're transforming the way patient care is provided in the US Healthcare industry. To support our US healthcare operations, we are on a talent hunt for passionate Process Associates to drive exceptional BPO service and elevate our service delivery to the new levels.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage back-office operations and associated non-voice processes.
- Manage and address clinician inquiries within designated patient groups.
- Maintain communication with clinicians regarding patient-related updates.
- Coordinate with clinicians to arrange additional disciplines required for patients.
- Ensure timely execution of prescribed patient lab tests by informing and reminding clinicians.
- Follow up with clinicians to confirm visits as per schedule.
- Organize clinician visit schedules based on the prescribed frequency.
- Obtain necessary clinician visit authorizations from relevant authorities.
- Initiate discussions with clinicians whenever necessary.
- Promptly report escalations to Team Leads in real-time.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
- Utilize analytical skills for database management and time-sensitive tasks.
- Possess excellent English communication skills for effective coordination.
- Maintain quality and standards in all non-medical processes.
- Show accountability and adaptability to perform night shifts from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- Freshers and experienced may apply
- Excellent English communication skills and efficient responsive behavior.
- Strong analytical and database management skills.
- Willing to work night shift from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
