Job Summary
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to resolve guest concerns efficiently while supporting the Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage Front Office operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure exceptional guest service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special guest requests.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
- Support, coach, and motivate Front Office associates to achieve high performance.
- Prepare shift handovers and operational reports.
- Assist in emergency situations and act as the Manager on Duty when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, including experience in a supervisory or Duty Manager role.
- Mandatory experience with a branded 5-star luxury hotel.
- Mandatory international hotel experience.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards.
- Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera PMS, is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of Front Office experience.
- Experience in a branded 5-star luxury hotel is mandatory.
- International hotel experience is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
