Role Overview
We are looking for a young, energetic, and highly motivated Marketing & Content Executive who can help grow our brand presence, engage our community, and support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
This is a hands-on role that combines digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, and brand building. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys motorcycle travel, storytelling, understands social media, can create compelling visual content, and is eager to take ownership of marketing projects from concept to execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels.
- Assist in developing marketing calendars and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Support SEO, website updates, and online brand visibility initiatives.
Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for products, events, workshops, rides, and brand activities.
- Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, short-form videos, blogs, and newsletters.
- Coordinate content shoots and maintain an organized media library.
- Work closely with the team to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
Customer Reach-Out & Retention
- Manage customer communication across email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Assist in building and executing customer retention campaigns.
- Engage with customers and community members to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Support CRM and customer database management.
Brand & Community Building
- Coordinate collaborations with riders, creators, influencers, and partner brands.
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, exhibitions, and community rides.
- Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in photography and videography.
- Basic editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bonus Skills
- Experience running Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Graphic design capabilities.
- Copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Interest in motorcycles, adventure travel, outdoor lifestyle, or automotive brands.
