Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Student Counsellor who can handle enquiry calls, manage walk-in students, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to guide aspirants about suitable courses and career opportunities in government exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about courses and exam preparation programs.
- Attend and guide walk-in students visiting the academy.
- Explain course details, exam opportunities, and benefits of coaching at Weshine Academy.
- Convert leads into course enrollments / admissions.
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, or messages.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records in the system.
- Support admission process and documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic and management team for batch updates and student support.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong convincing and counselling skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets preferred).
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in Telecalling / Educational Counselling / Sales / Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
