Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records of the resort.
Handle cash transactions, bank deposits, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare daily revenue reports, sales reports, and expense statements.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process vendor payments, staff salaries, and reimbursements.
Verify bills, invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Monitor budgets and control operational costs.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information
