We have a dedicated LinkedIn Personal Branding BU (Business Unit) that manages LinkedIn presence for renowned CEOs, CXOs, startup founders, investors, and thought leaders across India's tech and startup ecosystem.
We are looking for sharp, curious, and opinionated writers who can turn insights, data, and real-world business thinking into scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts written in the voice of senior leaders.
This is not a generic content writing job. You'll write as founders, for founders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content Ideation & Strategy:
- Ideate high-impact LinkedIn post ideas for CXOs, founders, investors, and tech leaders
- Track trends in startups, AI, SaaS, fintech, enterprise tech, VC funding, and the digital economy
- Identify strong POVs, contrarian takes, lessons, and insights that trigger conversation and repostings
- Align content with each leader's persona, industry, and business goals
2. Writing & Storytelling:
- Write scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts (short, long, narrative, insight-led, data-driven)
- Convert complex ideas into simple, sharp, human stories
- Avoid generic gyaan, cliche, and AI-sounding language
- Adapt tone for different profiles (CEO vs investor vs operator vs advisor)
3. LinkedIn Marketing Execution:
- Optimise posts for reach, engagement, and saves
- Understand hooks, first-line psychology, structure, CTAs, and posting formats
- Suggest carousels, data posts, and opinion threads when required
- Collaborate with designers and strategy leads for content calendars
4. Research & Context Building
- Research startups, founders, companies, markets, and sectors before writing
- Use real data, reports, and ecosystem context where required
- Translate insights into original viewpoints, not copied summaries
This is a full-time role for a Content Writer. The candidate will be responsible for ideation, creating engaging and data-driven social media content, developing strategic content plans, and managing content across digital platforms. The role requires conducting thorough research, producing high-quality written materials, and ensuring all content aligns with Dazeinfo's mission to deliver actionable insights to its audience.
Who can Apply:
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent English writing skills (clarity > vocabulary)
- Strong interest in startups, technology, business, and the Indian ecosystem
- Maximum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English Writing Skills, and understanding of Social Media Marketing
- Ability to think independently and form opinions
- Curious to ask “why” before writing anything
- Comfortable writing in a human, conversational tone
Nice-to-Have Skills (Big Plus):
- Active LinkedIn user who understands how the platform works
- Experience writing LinkedIn posts, threads, or carousels (personal or client work)
- Exposure to sectors like AI, SaaS, fintech, enterprise tech, VC, or the digital economy
- Ability to rewrite content in different founder voices
