Role overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. You will handle everything from content planning and posting to running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google, while maintaining strong client relationships. If you are data-driven, creative, and know how to deliver results — we want you on our team!
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI
- Handle day-to-day client communication and provide regular performance reports
- Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creative assets
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
Who we're looking for
- 6 monnths to 1 years of experience in social media management
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) — mandatory
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns — mandatory
- Proven experience in client handling and reporting
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics
