Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Modular Technical Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, designers, and installation teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise modular furniture installation at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and installers.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Monitor installation quality, finishing, and project timelines.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.
- Ensure proper material handling and inventory at the site.
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
- Coordinate with clients for smooth project execution and timely handover.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in modular furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior execution.
- Good knowledge of site execution, modular fittings, hardware, and installation processes.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
