About the Role
Dattavani is looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer – React Native to build and enhance our child-focused learning application for iOS and Android. The role involves owning features end-to-end, from development and API integration to testing, debugging, performance optimization, and app releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and ship high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Build scalable features using TypeScript, Expo, Expo Router, TanStack Query, Zustand, Axios, and Zod.
- Implement smooth animations and media experiences using Reanimated 4, Rive, Skia, Audio and Video.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party/native SDKs.
- Debug and optimize applications across iOS and Android.
- Write automated tests using Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Maestro.
- Manage App Store and Google Play releases.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Content teams.
- Follow secure and privacy-conscious development practices.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of software development experience with strong React Native expertise.
- Advanced React and TypeScript skills.
- Experience shipping apps to both App Store and Google Play.
- Strong understanding of mobile navigation, lifecycle, APIs, caching, authentication, and secure storage.
- Hands-on experience with Reanimated 4 and Rive.
- Experience with native iOS/Android debugging using Xcode and Gradle/Android Studio.
- Strong testing and debugging skills, preferably with Maestro.

- Experience with LiveKit/WebRTC
- Audio/video or media-heavy applications

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
