Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Drive end-to-end sales, from initial customer consultation and requirements gathering to finalizing designs and closing the deal.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations in the showroom to walk-in clients.
- Network with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers to build a robust B2B project pipeline.
2. Design & Technical Coordination
- Collaborate closely with interior designers and technical teams to ensure proposed kitchen layouts are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally feasible.
- Oversee site measurements, quotation generation, and material selection (e.g., hardware, finishes, accessories).
- Ensure accurate pricing and customized solutions tailored to the client’s budget and preferences.
3. Showroom & Team Management
- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day showroom operations, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the display area is pristine.
- Mentor and supervise junior sales executives, helping them resolve customer complaints and close deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, footfall, and market trends.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
