We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Panel Advocate to represent the organization in legal matters, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong litigation experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external authorities. Key Responsibilities - Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities. - Draft and review legal notices, agreements, affidavits, petitions, replies, and other legal documents. - Handle civil, criminal, labor, consumer, banking, and recovery matters as applicable. - Provide legal opinions and guidance on business-related issues. - Coordinate with management, clients, and government authorities on legal matters. - Monitor ongoing litigation and maintain case records. - Ensure timely filing of cases, responses, and compliance with court deadlines. - Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in laws and regulations. - Support dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and settlements wherever possible. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage. - Enrolled with the Bar Council and authorized to practice law. - Relevant experience in litigation and legal advisory services. - Strong knowledge of Indian laws, court procedures, and legal documentation. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills - Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal and client management skills. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation. Experience - 3–10+ years of relevant legal practice (depending on organizational requirements). Compensation - As per experience, qualifications, and company norms.
