Insurance Renewal Executive
Designation: - Insurance Renewal Executive (Field of Work)
Qualification: - Any Graduates
Experience: - 1yrs to 2yrs Experience in Motor insurance renewal executive (Hindi, English Communication is must), Fresher can also apply.
Skills: - Communication skills, Fluency in English, basic telephone etiquette, team player, ability to work in a dynamic situation, sensitivity to customer needs, customer-centric attitude, ability to grasp basic product knowledge, and capability to address basic queries about the product/scheme/activities
Responsibilities: -
· Vehicle Insurance Renewal Creating customer-specific Insurance Renewal Quotations Provision of all required documents related to car Insurance renewals to the Insurance Company
· Communication & Relationship Building Explanation of Policies to the customers for Insurance renewals and resolving their queries/complaints Calling prospects for insurance renewals and follow-up for closure Follow-ups with the existing customers on renewals (reminder SMS, calls, emails) Follow up and coordinate with the Insurance companies for the Policies/ Endorsements Co-ordinate with Ins. representative for collecting Ins. Cheques of SA Renewals only.
· Documentation Maintain Insurance MIS report for new insurance on a daily basis Report of Policies collected in the month of Commission Report of Other data as mentioned in MIS format Maintain & file all Cover-note Copies and their receipts Maintain Ins. Renewal Report (SA, Non-SA & Workshop Penetration, Lost cases, Target Report).
Pay: ₹15,000.43 - ₹20,000.41 per month
