Role Overview:
We are looking for field-based Sales Executives to grow our footprint at KPKB outlets. The role involves creating product demand, ensuring stock movement, and collecting payments on time, while representing the Exalon brand professionally at police canteens across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with KPKB canteen officers and staff to drive product demand.
- Actively promote Exalon apparel and bags in assigned canteens.
- Ensure regular stock placement and visibility of products.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with backend team for timely replenishment.
- Collect and reconcile payments from canteens as per agreed terms.
- Maintain sales reports, payment records, and visit logs.
- Share market feedback and competitor activity insights regularly.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in KPKB (CPC), preferably selling apparels brand.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned region.
- Reliable, proactive, and target-driven.
