About the Role
Anchanto is looking for a Lead HR Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and drive people strategy across assigned functions. This role is focused on talent, performance, organisation effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, and leadership enablement. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and drive meaningful people outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Strategic Business Partnering: Partner closely with business leaders to alignpeoplepriorities with business goals and provide guidance on organisation, talent, and workforce decisions.
- Talent Reviews & Succession Planning: Drive talent review processes, succession planning discussions, and development actions for critical talent and leadership pipelines.
- Performance Management & Calibration:Facilitateperformance reviews and calibration discussions to ensure fairness, consistency, and high performance standards across teams.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders on headcount planning, capability assessments, skills forecasting, and workforce strategies aligned to business growth plans.
- OrganisationDesign & Redesign: Support organisation restructuring, team effectiveness initiatives, span-of-control reviews, and role clarity exercises.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:Analyseengagement and attrition trends, identify risks, and partner with leaders on action plans.
- Leadership Coaching & Advisory: Coach managers and leaders on people management, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.
- People Insights & Analytics: Use workforce data and insights to influence business decisions.

Skills and Experience Needed for This Job
- 7–11years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP experience in SaaS, technology, product, or high-growth environments.
- Strong experience in talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Experience supportingorganisationaldesign, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical capability and business acumen.
- Strong consulting and coaching mindset.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions using data and sound judgment.
