Customer Relations & Follow-Up Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries (India Mart, calls, emails).
- Follow up on payment collections.
- Resolve customer grievances.
- Update clients on order status (sampling, dispatch).
- Maintain records of orders and payments.
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication (English + regional language).
- Patience and empathy for resolving complaints.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
