Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Ayurveda Doctor with MD (Dravyagunam) to join our Marketing Department as a Technical Support (Ayurveda Product Division). The role involves product label verification, formulation documentation, regulatory compliance support, and coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure accuracy and quality in Ayurvedic product packaging and technical processes.
Key Responsibilities
Label & Artwork Management
- Review and verify product labels and cartons (Classical, Ethical Patent & QTC designs).
- Ensure correct inclusion of:
- Botanical names
- Ingredients in descending order of quantity
- Part used and form details
- Batch number, Mfg & Expiry date, MRP
- Caution statements
- Cross-check artwork dimensions with Packing Department.
- Ensure compliance with AYUSH, GMP & ISO standards.
- Verify ingredient quantities with BMR.
- Prepare ingredient lists for export orders (removing restricted plants where required).
- Ensure correct regulatory statements and certifications are displayed on labels.
Documentation & Technical Support
- Prepare manufacturing process descriptions.
- Maintain label benchmarks and formatting standards.
- Support promotional material consistency (ERP, price lists, therapeutic index).
- Assist in corrections and coordination with designers through proper approval channels.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with QA, Production, Packing, and R&D teams.
- Escalate technical concerns to senior management when required.
- Ensure all updates are implemented accurately before final approval.
Operational Support
- Participate in process improvements and quality initiatives.
- Support implementation of 4M principles (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
- Adhere to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) practices.
- Be flexible to take up cross-functional responsibilities as per organizational needs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations and classical references.
- Basic understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- High attention to detail.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Freshers can apply.
