Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, manage service staff, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to maintain high service standards while improving efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily service operations
- Lead, train, and support the service team
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Monitor service quality and maintain company standards
- Schedule staff and allocate work efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Track service performance metrics and prepare reports
- Coordinate with other departments to improve workflow
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and service records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software
Preferred Qualifications
