Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. The role focuses on generating interest in residential projects, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless lead management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries received through calls, websites, social media, property portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
- Share project information, pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers with customers.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports.
- Achieve lead generation, site visit, and conversion targets.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
