We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and promoting our 360-degree branding, web development, digital marketing, advertising, and packaging services to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Identify and connect with potential clients for digital marketing services
- Pitch company services like branding, web development, social media marketing, SEO, advertising, and packaging
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Maintain client database and sales reports
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Maintain professional communication with clients
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
- Lead generation and client handling ability
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Qualification
- Graduate in any relevant field
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Experience in sales or digital marketing agency will be an added advantage
