Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, and customers to promote our services and generate business conversions.
- Understand customer requirements, answer queries professionally, and pitch offerings effectively.
- Maintain accurate and updated daily call logs, lead status reports, and customer feedback databases.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert leads into successful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet monthly targets and organizational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BDA, Customer Support Executive, or in a sales/marketing role is preferred (freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and target-driven mindset.
Compensation & Performance-Linked Salary Structure
- Full Monthly Salary: ₹15,000-21,000 per month.
- Performance Target: To be eligible for the full monthly salary, employees must achieve a minimum of 2 successful conversions per month.
- Minimum TA Payout Clause: If the minimum target of 2 conversions is not met in any given month, the payout will be restricted to a Travelling Allowance (TA) of ₹3,000 for that month, and the full salary component will not be applicable.
Terms of Employment
- Probation Period: The first 3 months from the date of joining will be a probationary period to evaluate performance and integration into the role.
- Notice Period: 7 days' notice during the probation period, transitioning to a standard notice structure post-confirmation.
- Commitment Period: A 1-year employment commitment is required as part of our core onboarding and training investment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
