Jain Constructions is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities across our residential and commercial portfolio in Hyderabad. The role involves managing tenant acquisition, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive leasing for residential and commercial properties
- Identify and onboard channel partners and corporate clients
- Conduct site visits with prospective tenants and clients
- Negotiate lease terms and close leasing transactions
- Maintain leasing pipeline, occupancy reports, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Ensure timely lease documentation and compliance
- Monitor market trends, rentals, and competitor pricing
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in real estate leasing
- Experience in residential and/or commercial leasing preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good network with brokers and channel partners in Hyderabad
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
