Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and take detailed medical history.
- Perform clinical examinations and assess patient conditions.
- Diagnose cases and assist in developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide Ayurvedic treatment, medicines, diet, and lifestyle recommendations within the scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Assist senior doctors in complex cases and treatment decisions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
- Prepare, maintain, and update NABH-related reports, records, registers, and clinical documentation as per applicable standards and hospital requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with NABH protocols, quality standards, and audit requirements, and assist during internal and external NABH assessments/audits.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, medicines, and precautions clearly to patients.
- Coordinate with nursing, therapy, pharmacy, and other clinical teams.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and applicable regulations.
- Identify cases requiring specialist consultation or escalation.
- Handle basic clinical emergencies and coordinate appropriate medical support.
- Build positive relationships with patients and ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
