- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate and follow up on key projects, action items, and deadlines.
- Organize board meetings, leadership reviews, and executive events.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the Director.
- Track business priorities and provide administrative and operational support.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Manage travel bookings, expense reports, and logistical arrangements.
- Prepare meeting minutes and monitor closure of action points.
- Support the Director in strategic planning and day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the Director's office through effective coordination and organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and senior management.
- Handle special assignments and executive-level projects as required.
