We are hiring for the position of Senior Executive – HR & Welfare Officer for our Sonipat location.
Location: Sonipat
Experience Required: Minimum 5-6 Years
Salary Range: ₹5 – 6 LPA
Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work)
Key Responsibilities:
Handling employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives
Managing statutory compliance and labor law-related matters
Coordinating grievance handling and employee relations
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
Maintaining attendance, records, and HR documentation
Liaising with factory/workforce employees and management
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR & Welfare functions
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in manufacturing/factory setup preferred
Ability to handle workforce management effectively
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
