Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and timely completion of solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
. Coordination with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution and work completion.
. Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
. Provide technical guidance and support during installation, commissioning, and system integration.
. Review and resolve complex technical, execution, and operational issues at project sites.
. Monitor project progress, system performance, and execution quality and take corrective actions where required.
. Client Engagement: Act as a single point of contact for clients during project execution and ensure client requirements are met.
. Collaborate with design, procurement, execution, QA/QC, and O&M teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
. Maintain strong client relationships and address project-related and post-installation concerns.
. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical support, material supply, software and hardware activities.
