- Tenant Management: Advertising vacant units, conducting viewings, screening applicants, negotiating leases, and managing move-ins/move-outs.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Scheduling routine maintenance, managing repairs, contracting vendors (landscaping, security), and responding to emergency maintenance calls.
- Financial Administration: Collecting rent, managing security deposits, preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenses, and providing financial reports to owners.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring adherence to fair housing laws, local landlord-tenant laws, and handling evictions when necessary.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for tenant complaints and requests.
- Experience: in property management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for tenant and vendor relations.
- Organization: Excellent time management and ability to multitask, including handling emergencies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Education/Licensing: High school diploma or equivalent is usually required;
