Offenso Hackers Academy is a leading Cyber Security institution dedicated providing industry-focused training and career development programs in the field of Cyber Security and ethical Hacking. Our mission is to empower students and professionals with practical knowledge, technical expertise, and career opportunities to succeed in the rapidly evolving cyber security industry. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and Training programs
- Handle walk-in candidates and provide detailed counselling regarding courses and career paths.
- Handle inbound and Outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries professionaly
- Explain course details, fee structures, and career prospects to prospective students
- Maintain regular communication with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Build and Maintain positive relationships with students and Parents
- Coordinate with Internal departments for smooth admission and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of students interactions, walk-ins, and admission process
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
- Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
