Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client expectations and feedback.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Client Coordination
- Collect monthly content requirements, campaign details, and marketing objectives.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (online and offline).
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) after every client discussion.
- Communicate client feedback to the internal creative team.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, Photographers, and Digital Marketing Executives.
- Ensure all creatives, reels, videos, and campaign deliverables are completed as per schedule.
- Track project progress and follow up with internal teams.
- Ensure timely approval of creatives before publishing.
Social Media Campaign Management
- Coordinate social media calendars with clients.
- Ensure timely posting across all approved platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and client expectations.
- Coordinate paid advertising requirements with the digital marketing team.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain client documentation, approvals, credentials, and communication records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports.
- Update CRM/client trackers regularly.
- Maintain proper documentation of all client interactions.
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for additional digital marketing services.
- Recommend value-added services such as branding, website development, photography, videography, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Assist the Business Development team in client retention and business expansion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
