Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, organize, and maintain a structured monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
- Research industry trends and audience insights to create relevant and engaging content ideas.
- Write compelling video scripts and prepare detailed creative briefs/storyboards for the internal design and video production teams.
- Create platform-specific captions, headlines, and copy while ensuring clinical accuracy and consistency with the brand voice.
- Manage social media communities by monitoring comments and direct messages, responding professionally, and directing patient inquiries to the appropriate booking channels.
- Track, analyze, and report monthly social media performance metrics, including engagement, follower growth, reach, impressions, and link clicks.
- Use performance insights to optimize content strategy, improve campaign effectiveness, and maximize ROI.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
