Social Media & Financial Content Intern

We are looking for a creative and market-savvy Social Media & Financial Content Intern to join our team.
At Thincredblu Securities, we are a Mumbai-based stock broking company with direct memberships to NSE, BSE and CDSL.
We are actively building our digital presence through regular Instagram videos and other content initiatives. We also engage in PR activities, including providing expert quotes to financial media, participating in podcasts and other industry interactions.
This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in financial markets and investing, while also being interested in social media and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing regular content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Research financial market trends, news and topics that can be converted into engaging social media content.
- Actively contribute content ideas and provide feedback on videos and other content from a financial markets perspective.
- Assist in creating content calendars and identifying relevant market events and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external creative agencies for content creation and publishing.
- Track trends in financial content creators, market discussions and social media formats.
- Support PR activities, including researching topics, coordinating media opportunities and tracking coverage.
- Assist with preparation and research for podcasts, interviews and other brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor social media engagement and analyse what type of financial content resonates with audiences.
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine and demonstrated interest in stock markets, investing and financial markets is essential.
- Basic understanding of equity markets, mutual funds, ETFs, derivatives or investing concepts.
- Active interest in following market news and developments.
- Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
- Ability to understand financial topics and contribute meaningful ideas and feedback.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Reels and short-form video content.
- Knowledge of Canva, video editing or social media analytics will be an added advantage.
Preferred Background
Students or recent graduates from backgrounds such as:
- Finance
- Commerce
- Economics
- MBA / Management
- Journalism or Mass Communication with a strong interest in financial markets
