As a Trading Services Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Your decisions will contribute and impact on short-term team and department goals, and you will often guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.
Job responsibilities
- The Stock Borrow Loan Department in India consists of 20+ staff and comprise of Pre-matching,Contract Compare, Billing and Resolutions processes. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day-to-day operations for Pre-matching, Contract compare, Billing, Stock and Cash Reconciliation processes and should have good trade settlements knowledge.

Perform reconciliation to identify the reason for Cash and Stock breaks and reach out to businesses to close the breaks

Accuracy in processing in line with Standard Operating Procedures with no errors with Identification & escalation of all errors/exceptions

Respond to routine queries/complaints.
- Be audit focused in all BAU activities.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner
- Communicate with supervisor on problematic transactions or exceptions.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

You must have a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Operations

Minimum 7 years of experience in in reconciliation team to have good understanding of SBL product lifecycle, with familiarity in low code tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau, etc.

Managing minimum 5 team member for minimum 2 years
