Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, fast-moving, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Founder’s Office and manage day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, coordination, scheduling, and execution.
The ideal candidate should be a strong multitasker, quick with responses, excellent at managing people and tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the founder’s daily schedule, meetings, calls, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Track tasks, deadlines, approvals, and pending work across departments.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, documents, and basic presentations when required.
- Handle travel planning, calendar management, and day-to-day administrative work.
- Ensure important tasks are followed up on and completed on time.
- Support the Founder’s Office in execution, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Manage multiple priorities with speed, accuracy, and ownership.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing confidential information and founder-level tasks.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
