Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced candidates and freshers who are eager to build a career in logistics and transportation. Full training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory.
As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily transportation operations, communicate with drivers, track deliveries, maintain records, and ensure timely and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles for daily deliveries.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers through phone or dispatch systems.
- Provide customers with updates on delivery status.
- Monitor vehicle movement using GPS tracking.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.
- Maintain dispatch logs, delivery records, invoices, and other documentation.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents
- Handle delivery delays, route changes, and vehicle breakdowns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
