Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end management of ELV projects including design coordination, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and client handover while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Plan scope, timelines, resources; prepare schedules; coordinate teams and ensure timely execution.
Technical Management: Oversee installation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, Networking, and other ELV systems. Review drawings and ensure compliance.
Site Coordination: Manage site teams, conduct inspections, resolve issues, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Client Management: Act as SPOC, attend meetings, provide updates, and handle escalations
Vendor & Material Management: Finalize vendors, ensure procurement, and verify quality.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure standards compliance, maintain documentation, and conduct testing & commissioning
Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, permits, and risk assessments
Financial Control: Monitor budgets, billing, and variation management
Required Skills
Strong ELV knowledge, project management tools, coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IT. PMP preferred
Experience
5–10 years in ELV project execution. Industrial/commercial experience preferred
Key Deliverables
On-time completion, successful commissioning, client handover, and zero major safety incidents
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,137,819.72 per year
