Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Hardware and Networking Sales to drive business growth and expand our market presence across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in B2B sales, solution selling, and account management, with the ability to promote enterprise IT infrastructure solutions to corporate and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers in sectors such as Corporate, Healthcare, Education, Government, Manufacturing, and SMEs.
- Promote and sell IT Hardware and Infrastructure solutions, including:
- Enterprise Networking Solutions
- Servers & Storage
- Firewalls & Cyber Security Solutions
- Cloud Services
- Software Licensing
- IT Infrastructure Projects
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Managers, Purchase Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Manage key accounts and generate repeat business opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams.
- Participate in Government and Corporate tenders and manage the complete bidding process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit regular MIS reports to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in IT Hardware, Networking, or IT Infrastructure Sales.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Enterprise Networking
- Servers & Storage Solutions
- Cyber Security & UTM/Firewall Solutions
- Cloud Services
- Software Licensing
- System Integration Projects
- Experience in handling large-value B2B and Government projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Strong network and market knowledge within Ernakulam and the Kerala business ecosystem.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience in selling products and solutions from leading IT brands and system integration companies will be preferred.
