MSM Unify is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support the Inside Sales team with accurate data, reports, and performance insights. The role is responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, preparing dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making to improve sales performance and forecasting.
1. Data Management and Reporting
Collect, clean, and maintain sales data from multiple internal and external sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards for management and sales leadership.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency to support critical business decisions.
2. Sales Performance Analysis
Analyze sales trends, funnels, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities in sales operations through data analysis.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Inside Sales team.
3. MIS, Automation, and Tools
Develop or enhance automated reporting systems and templates to streamline data processing.
Improve data visualization and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau, where applicable.
Maintain CRM databases and ensure proper data hygiene and seamless system integration.
4. Coordination and Business Support
Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to provide timely data, trackers, and performance reports.
Assist in sales forecasting, target planning, and pipeline analysis.
Coordinate with other departments for sales-related MIS and reporting requirements.
