Job Description
- Responsible for execution and delivery of projects related to sales & distribution teams.
- Coordinate with the Sales team & Central Projects team
- Create and manage presentations for senior leaders in the region
- Track and analyze data for the business and region with regular MIS updates, Create communication packs for employees in the region for various updates to support delivery of business agenda
- Design & drive local contests and manage the Rewards and Recognition (RnR) programme for the region
- Drive Protection & Persistency targets for the business & region
- Manage employee and partner events
